Ingredients:
6 bags chamomile tea or 6 tablespoons loose chamomile tea
1/4 cup mint leaves, de-stemmed
1 clean sock or coffee filter
1 rubber band
Directions:
If using tea bags, cut bags open and pour the contents into sock or coffee filter. Add mint leaves, and secure "sachet" (the sock or coffee filter) with rubber band. Toss in the tub and run a hot bath. Soak for at least 15 minutes.
