While there are some truly outrageous beauty moments from the runway that wouldn't translate well on the sidewalk, there's an equal number of downright gorgeous looks that everyday people can draw inspiration from. This was true for the Spring 2019 New York Fashion Week shows, where makeup artists incorporated fun bursts of color, soft and feminine color-scapes and lots of playful touches.
