Waterproof Pouf 1. Mist a frizz-taming gloss like John Frieda Frizz-Ease 100% Shine Glossing Mist, $5.39, onto dry hair.
2. Using a soft bristle brush, gather your hair up high into a ponytail at the top of your crown. Be sure to keep hair smooth as you go.
3. Secure your hair at the crown with an elastic. Then wrap a 2-inch section of your hair around the base of the elastic to conceal it.
4. Tease your ponytail ends gently, then wrap a clear elastic around your ponytail about two inches from your elastic. Wrap a section of your hair around the clear elastic to conceal it. Repeat for the rest of the length of your hair.
5. Gently tug on each section in between the elastics to create a bubble appearance, then finish with a strong-hold hairspray.
