Using Marc Jacobs See-Quins Glam Glitter Eyeshadow, $28, a pressed concentrated glitter with a new formula, Kendal smudged and blended it out into a winged shadow and outlined it with Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eyeliner, $25, at the lower lash line, creating a look that brings back the 80s.
