Powdered Metallics "I predict a major move toward powdered metallics," says colorist Brandon Wagner, owner of Tribeca Color Salon in Tampa, Florida and North American creative director for Crazy Color. "Powdered metallics have a velveteen texture due to their three-dimensional nature, he says.
