Blue-Eyed Baby Blue eye makeup was everywhere at New York Fashion Week. There was graphic blue liner, strategic pops of blue and even all-over glittery mermaid eyes. The trick to making blue modern and wearable, according to makeup artist Benjamin Puckey (who worked with Sephora at Karen Walker, bottom left) is to mute it with another shade. "I used silver to tone down the blue," he says. And keep the rest of your makeup minimal.
