How to: Dip your angled makeup brush lightly into the contour powder. Then, blend the powder on the underside of your jaw. Be sure you don't blend upward -- unless, of course, you want it to look like you've grown a beard.
Blend downward onto your neck with a fluffy brush. You want to create a believable shadow under your jaw.
