Savory Swirls This gargantuan meat and cheese board is what the Italians call tagliere — their version of charcuterie. Every square inch of the enormous platter is covered in a mix of cured meat, cheese, pickled vegetables and fruit. Try spreading your favorite sauces or tapenades onto sliced bread and stack on the board before serving. This eliminates the need for silverware and makes this totally finger food friendly.
