Phan's Lip Cloud product was developed after fans expressed the desire for a non-drying liquid lipstick...and so she delivered. Her lip formula is highly pigmented yet lightweight and oh-so comfy on the lips. All of the shades are divine, but Crimson, French Nude and Ultramarine Violet top the charts.
