"Even though my hair is almost black, when I want my eyebrows to look fuller, I sweep a bit of a color meant for blondes through my brows. Using the lightest color means it will never look like I have too much makeup, even if I do it in bad lighting," explains celebrity makeup artist Andrew Sotomayor.
