The spicy orange-scented formula is blended with sunflower seed oil, which is packed with skin-hydrating vitamin E -- this helps keep the oil-zapping formula from over-drying skin. It should be noted that it wasn't designed to remove eye makeup, but it does an excellent job of clearing away foundation, blush and bronzer.
