Charlotte Tilbury Scent of a Dream, $75, is exactly that -- and so much more. It's a bright, zesty, white floral with pheromone-like base notes of precious woods and amber. I wore it to dinner and complete strangers kept asking me what I was wearing. I'd say Charlotte succeeded.
