It contains CBD alongside relaxers like lavender and orange. It's also formulated with magnifier quartz, which is supposed to turbocharge the effects of the CBD and the essential oils. I slowly inhaled the essential oil, then applied it to my wrists and the back of my neck. I felt instant tension relief in my head and neck after sniffing and applying the CBD/essential oil blend, so I stashed it in my purse and used it whenever I got stressed during the day.
