Get the Look To recreate Hailee's stunning makeup look for New Year's, start by applying Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Moonspoon, $21, on the lid and blend upward. Line the entire eye (including the waterline) with Make Up For Ever Aqua Matic Eyeshadow in Diamond Black, $25. Make sure to smudge the two colors together to create the ombré effect. Top lashes with an ultraplush mascara like Ciaté London Wonderwand Mascara, $22, to create the appearance of false lashes.
