All Eyes on You At Monique Lhuillier, the bold-yet-feminine floral designs were complemented by equally bold makeup. M.A.C. senior artist Val Garland created this "primary Crayola ... colour bolts" look. He evened out models' skin tone with foundation and subtly highlighted the cheekbones to create a no-makeup makeup base that let the graphic liner shine.
He then chose M.A.C. Pro Chromographic Pencil in High-Def Cyan or Landscape Green, and applied from the inner corner to the outer corner, starting as a thin line, gradually getting bigger and ending in a blunt tail.
