Makeup: Lupita Nyong'o Celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose looked to classic movie stars like Elizabeth Taylor for inspiration for Nyong'o's flawless makeup. He says the key element was the subtle cat eye, which he achieved using Chanel Ligne Graphique de Chanel Liquid Liner. The lip color, which worked beautifully with her pale blue gown, was an "angelic peach" -- Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Intense Lip Colour in Melodieuse.
