Soften a flick
Soften a flick All cat eyes do not require liquid liner. Try a new approach by using a black pencil eyeliner on the upper lash line, extending the stroke out to form a wing. Instead of a sharp finish, use a chocolate brown eyeshadow to smudge the line. It looks romantic and saves you from having to draw the ticks at identical angles.
