Sleep more We're not saying that you should spend all day in bed (although is this really such a bad idea every now and then?), but getting the right amount of sleep for you (hopefully seven to eight hours a night) can be really beneficial physically and mentally.
If you struggle to fall asleep, maybe try a winding down routine where you stop screen time, have a bath, have some tea, etc to get yourself in the right space for bed.
