Step One: Use a flat brush to pat CoverGirl Flamed Out Shadow Pot in Red-Hot over the lower half of your eyelid. Layer until the color is ultra vibrant.
Step Two: Use the sponge tip of the applicator in the CoverGirl Eye Shadow Quad in Stunning Smokey to apply the darkest shade from the inner corner of your eye outward to make a point, then draw it in to connect with the outer corner of your eye. Muir says that, contrary to what most people believe, sponge tips are useful because they help you achieve sharp, defined lines and create less fallout than a brush. Use a blending brush to blend the shadow.
