Marchesa's Heart-Stoppingly Beautiful Cocktail Dress This dress by Marchesa is all about the details: the embellishments carefully placed over a delicate, sheer tulle base; the fringed tassels swinging from the shoulders and adding movement and drama; the sultry black and deep red color palette. The dress would be quite scandalous, if the details -- down to the tea-length hemline and the figure-skimming silhouette -- weren't so perfectly executed. As it is, it's a sexy nod to the opulence and decadence of the '20s.
