Transitional Pieces Who says you can't wear your spring and summer pieces in the bitter cold? This fashionista knows you only need two things: black tights and a warm coat in an eye-popping color. (Okay, three things if you count the water and stain spray you most definitely need for suede shoes.) Emerald suede pumps and a boxy satchel in cobalt pick up the colors in her summery floral dress, while the bright yellow coat adds an unexpected element.
