Highlight before foundation Here's a question we've been meaning to ask: WHY? Why apply highlight all over your face only to cover everything with foundation (worse, matte foundation)? This won't make your skin glow — on the contrary, it'll only make your skin feel heavy and your face cakey. It's a ridiculous step and you better go back to your trusted primer instead.
