Art Deco Tips A vintage wedding is the perfect setting for a funky, art deco nail art design. To get this design, start by applying a coat of white nail polish (or two if your polish is too sheer). Next, use nail striping tape to mark off a peak design. Paint the bottom half of your nail up to the tape with OPI Nail Lacquer in All Sparkly and Gold. Once your gold nail polish is dry, peel off the striping tape and apply another peak design farther down the nail with your tape. Fill in this section with black nail polish, let dry and remove the striping tape. Finish with a topcoat and you're a modern day Daisy Buchanan.
