You form a community Some people go to church, others go to Zumba! (or maybe you go to both). There's no better way to make a new friend (or seven), then to sweat next to them for an hour. If you become a regular at a certain class, chances are you'll find your "favorite spot" to stand and start befriending those who stand around you. Then maybe you can all go grab a tea or healthy snack together after class! It's easy, as Grant puts it, all you have to do is "go to Zumba.com and type in your zip code", to find the class nearest to you.
