13 Ways I Cover Up My Dark Circles and Zits

I think there are two types of makeup in this world: the makeup you want (like these awesome mascaras or gorgeous lip colors) and the makeup you need. I, for instance, will scare small children if I go outside before covering my dark circles, so concealer is one of those makeup items that isn't exactly fun but is definitely necessary in my case.

I know we've got a few lipstick fans out there (some pretty vocal ones, actually), but for me, it's all about the eyes. From trying out a new mascara to finding the perfect shade of shadow to make my peepers pop (try saying that 10 times fast), you might say I'm a bit obsessed.
Twilight at the VMA's

I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a huge fan of Twilight (like, seriously), and I couldn't get enough of the cast at the MTV Video Music Awards last night! They took to the stage to give us a sneak peek at the newest trailer of New Moon (which you've GOT to see, it's the best one yet).
But before wowing the audience, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Greene blew me away with their red carpet appearances. Luckily for us, the stylists from Pantene dished out the exact steps they took when glamming up the girls prior to the VMA's.

If you're anything like me, you'd love to just get and keep the skin you had in your 20s (well, minus the breakouts). Wouldn't it be nice, to never have a wrinkle or age spot pop up? Well, there are some serums out there (like these) that can get us pretty close.

Is anyone else in love with the show "Mythbusters"? You know, the one where they try and recreate common myths and urban legends to see if they're true? Well, I keep waiting for them to do a beauty-themed episode, so we can settle a few things once and for all (like that whole wax in Pantene conditioners myth, anyone heard that one?).
