Over its 13 seasons, the show staged around 200 interventions, and according to the network, 156 of them resulted in successful sobriety. Not bad, not bad at all. [Source]

• Feeling a little sleepy in the brain? Get thee to a water tap! Drinking water, says a new study, can actually boost your cognitive performance, and help with stuff like memory, attention span and reaction time. Pass me that water bottle, please. [Source]
