Jennifer Lopez has a famous body, but never let it be said that she doesn't work hard for it. The 44-year-old singer just completed a super intense five-week diet where she went vegan
and gluten-free. And here's the most intense part: She put her whole family on it.
Lopez said she opted for the extreme diet after having trouble reaching her goal weight. The 5-foot-five singer wanted to lose eight to ten pounds and drop from a size four to a size two, but couldn't do it. So she consulted with exercise physiologist Marco Borges, who put her on the plan, and monitored her weight loss.
After several weeks, she began incorporating staples like fish back into her diet. And here's the crazy part: after doing it for several weeks, Lopez now says she enjoys eating that way. So much so that she's developing a line of vegan health supplements. "I didn't know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body."
As for her famous butt, Lopez does celeb trainer Tracy Anderson's workout to keep it toned and in shape. "You got to work out, you got to watch what you eat," said Lopez. "It's a job -- you've got to buckle down." [
