Joanna Rohrback created "Prancercise" back in the 1980s, and she's using the power of the Interwebs to nudge it into making a comeback. And, thanks to the wonders of viral videos, she's actually succeeding -- even if most of us are sending it around for a good laugh rather than a butt-kicker of a workout.
