The haircut: The super long bob, a "one length cut that hits at the collar bone, usually worn slightly shorter in the back," says Schlenger. "Ends are given lots of texture making this haircut easy to maintain and style," which is probably why
"Vogue" is calling this haircut a "beauty phenomenon."
Best for: "Normal to fine hair with straight or wavy texture. If you have thicker hair and love the look, ask your stylist to undercut your hair allowing your hair to lay smoothly over top," says Schlenger.

Ginnifer Goodwin
The haircut: Textured pixy. "This classic [cut] has become so modern and versatile, there is really a look for anyone brave enough to try it," says Schlenger. You can take it "short and androgynous," playing around with "shaved sides and messy, choppy hair on top [similar to Goodwin's style here]," or leave length on top for a feminine approach like Michelle Williams," she says.
Best for: Schlenger says, "It works great with every face shape and can work with any texture."
