The current hair situation: Whether it's those wacky sheep placenta treatments or the love of a younger man, Demi Moore's anti-aging secrets are certainly working to keep her looking gorgeous. The one hiccup? That hair. While it's certainly shiny and looks super-soft to the touch, it is simply too long and too straight and doesn't do much to flatter her beautiful face.
The fix: Remember the super-short pixie she rocked in "Ghost" before cropped cuts were cool? While we'd love to see that cut again, she doesn't need to go thatshort, but lopping off at least some of the length and adding several layers would impart some much-needed movement that would give her whole look a younger, more carefree vibe. Plus, a lighter, less-severe shade would also take years off.

The current hair situation: Like her life, Lilo's hair has had its ups and downs and, recently it's been mostly down -- way down. But, really, is there a better time for her to try to start anew? (Even if she's back with Sam Ronson, and facing felony theft charges...)
The fix: Let's chop off all that damaged hair as a symbol of rebirth -- one of rising from the ashes of her old, train wreck of a life and emerging a healthy, strong, improved version of her former self. And, while we're there, we can tone down the red and blonde hues of yesteryear in favor of a more mellow (and adult) light copper shade that will really make her eyes pop.

The current hair situation: While Courteney's been very vocal about her feelings on aging (she's not a fan) and her plans to fight back every step of the way, she's done a remarkable job at keeping her skin looking young and taut. It's too bad that she insists on keeping that long, lank hair -- it's a bit too severe and works against her desire to look youthful.
The fix: Not since Monica Gellar's bad hair season on "Friends" has Courteney dared to take any significant risks with her style. We think that's a mistake. She'd be best served by losing the length that's weighing down her face and adding bangs that would frame her remarkable eyes.

Sure, they're rich and famous and lead fabulously glamorous lives but sometimes even while they're busy jet-setting around the globe, A-list celebrities can get caught in beauty ruts -- just like the rest of us.
You know how your best friend Michelle has had that same old feathered Sammie Jo Carrington haircut since 1987? Well, flip through the pages of any celebrity magazine and you'll quickly realize that there are more than a few big name stars who are stuck in that same sort of groove. Sure, there are some, like Drew Barrymore and Scarlett Johansson, who mix up their hairstyles and color with alarming regularity, but many others have stayed with the same look for most of their careers.
