Haven't we all heard that sometimes to fix a problem, you just need to throw a little money at it? Well, for most of us gals, this isn't always an option, but for celebrities it's practically how they do (beauty) business.
That's why when we look at red carpet photos and magazine covers, it's easy to get down on ourselves thinking, "how in the world are they so gosh darn perfect!?" So we decided that instead of letting their perfection frustrate us, we'd do something more productive, like remember that without fame and fortune, these flawless celebrities look a lot like us. Because the truth is, which we're sure you're well aware of, being famous allows you the luxuries of having regular facials, dermatologist visits, access to the best hairstylists, colorists, dentists and plastic surgeons in the country. That all means that if they have skin problems, acne, frizzy hair, crooked teeth, flat chests, big noses or the like, they can quickly see to it that these "problems" get "fixed."
Before: In 2004, right after Meester graduated high school and just before she made a name for herself on the hit TV show "Gossip Girl," she had acne and what looks to be rosacea.
After: Seven years later, her career is on fire and her face is flawless.
Before: Right when "Sex and the City" began in 1998, Parker had uneven skin, two-toned curls and a bumpy nose.
After: Now that "Carrie" has become one of the most iconic and pervasive characters on the small and big screen, SJP's got smooth luxurious waves, great skin and an ever-so-slightly defined nose.

Katherine Heigl
Before: Seen here in 2000 before "Grey's Anatomy" catapulted her into recognition, Heigl's hair was a bit of a frizzy blonde mess with roots that needed tending too.
After: As a reigning rom-com queen, her now blonde bombshell movie star waves are enviable, to say the least.

Salma Hayek
Before: In 2000, Hayek's chest was visibly there.
After: In 2011 Hayek's chest is visibly everywhere.
