Before: As Hannah Montana, with her crooked teeth and all, Cryus had a devoted tween audience.
After: Now, with perfectly straight, pearly whites, a kickin' music career, and racey photos leaked online she is known the world over.

Kim Kardashian
Before: Back when she was merely known as Paris Hilton's BFF, Kardashian looked like a cast member of the "Jersey Shore." Her uneven skin tone, mega cleavage, dark tan and boxy eyebrows were a harsh combo.
After: Five seasons after "Keeping up with the Kardashians" and a leaked sex tape, Kim is a household name, has a perfectly glowing complexion and perhaps has had her huge implants reduced in size.

Jennifer Aniston
Before: In 1992 before she was your favorite "Friend," Aniston had frizzy auburn hair, a big nose, and bushy eyebrows.
After: Post-Brad and any and every romantic comedy, Aniston is one of the most searched for celebs on the web with sleek blonde tresses, perfect skin and a svelte little nose.
Before: The kid sister to Jessica Simpson, Ashlee lived in the shadows with a chubby face, uneven skin and a well, "different" nose.
After: A couple of visits to the gym, the plastic surgeon and a dermatologist scored this babe a famous hubby and brought her out of the dark and into the spotlight.
Before: In 2002 "Lost in Translation" and the infamous opening bum shot hadn't happened yet. Johansson only had over-tweezed eyebrows, a mullet, and some seriously questionable fashion sense to lean on.
After: Nine years and one burgeoning divorce later, ScarJo has been ranked number nine in FHM's "100 Sexiest Women in the World" and has the skin, hair and body of a Grecian goddess.
Haven't we all heard that sometimes to fix a problem, you just need to throw a little money at it? Well, for most of us gals, this isn't always an option, but for celebrities it's practically how they do (beauty) business.
That's why when we look at red carpet photos and magazine covers, it's easy to get down on ourselves thinking, "how in the world are they so gosh darn perfect!?" So we decided that instead of letting their perfection frustrate us, we'd do something more productive, like remember that without fame and fortune, these flawless celebrities look a lot like us. Because the truth is, which we're sure you're well aware of, being famous allows you the luxuries of having regular facials, dermatologist visits, access to the best hairstylists, colorists, dentists and plastic surgeons in the country. That all means that if they have skin problems, acne, frizzy hair, crooked teeth, flat chests, big noses or the like, they can quickly see to it that these "problems" get "fixed."
