Let's be honest: Jessica Biel is known for her svelte physique, so it's no surprise that she got her pre-baby body back within two months. She stuck with her Paleo diet (which eliminates grains and dairy, and focuses on whole foods like veggies, meat, some nuts and a little fruit) through her pregnancy, and kept it going after giving birth.
She also returned to her regular exercise routine of running and strength training, and reportedly cooks most of her and husband Justin Timberlake's food at home.
Carrie Underwood made her first red carpet appearance post-baby at the CMT awards back in June, and she looked stunning in a long-sleeved mini dress. While she was pregnant, she followed a vegetarian diet and made sure to stay active.
Since the country superstar had a C-section, she wasn't able to hit the gym for a few weeks after welcoming baby Isaiah, so she altered her diet and focused on vegan, plant-based foods instead.

Jaime King's Anti-Diet Strategy
The stunning mother credited her ability to shed her baby weight four months after giving birth in 2013 to staying healthy while pregnant. She reportedly used the mommy-to-be program from farm-to-table meal delivery service Paleta for the duration of her pregnancy, and combined it with workout DVDs like Ballet Beautiful by Mary Helen Bowers and Prenatal Yoga by Shiva Rea, according to US Weekly.
After giving birth, she continued to do at-home workouts, and also goes hiking with baby James and her husband Kyle Newman. She also says that she doesn't diet -- instead, she focuses on eating for nutrition, and that has helped her not only shed weight, but also gets rid of the negative connotations of dieting. And now, she's pregnant again -- and her baby shower was thrown by none other than Taylor Swift.

Kristen Bell's Post-Baby Secret Weapon
Kristen Bell was quite vocal about her views on post-pregnancy weight loss after giving birth to her first child, Lincoln, in 2013. While she admitted that she would like to eventually get back to her pre-baby weight, she's not making it a priority to do it in the span of just a few weeks. "I'm not letting it keep me up at night, and I'm not letting it become the narrative of my life for the next year," she has said. Instead, she focused on small, do-able routines -- like running for 10-20 minutes three to four times a week, with the occasional Pilates or SoulCycle class. (Her other secret weapon: Spanx.)

Do Not Try Beyoncé's Ultra-Fast Slim-Down at Home
Beyoncé put on 60 pounds during her pregnancy with baby Blue Ivy, so it's no surprise she had to take drastic measures to lose that much weight before going on tour just a few months later. How'd she do it? "They had me on a treadmill. I ate lettuce," the singer said.
Of course, it was a little more involved than that. Her trainer, Marco Borges, reportedly moved into her apartment to guide her through twice daily two-hour cardio workouts that included dance, yoga, and Pilates moves.
As for her diet? Protein shakes, fresh veggies, pineapple chunks, egg whites, and lots of water.
