Is it just us, or does it seem like every woman in Hollywood has recently given birth? From superstar singers like Beyoncé and Carrie Underwood to mega movie stars like Blake Lively and Kristen Bell, we've been inundated with paparazzi snapshots of adorable baby bumps.
And now, we're getting a steady stream of those new moms' never-looked-better bods.
Of course, we could hate these women for their post-baby bodies (and the live-in trainers and personal chefs who helped them lose the baby weight so quickly). Or, we could uncover the secrets that helped them look so good so soon after giving birth and apply those tactics (at least the sane ones!) to our own no-personal-trainer-here lives.
Since option No. 1 just makes us feel bitter, we're going with option No. 2. Keep reading to get the dirt on how Hollywood's hottest new moms get fit fast.

How Kim Kardashian Lost Her Baby Weight
The reality star (who is now pregnant with baby number two) reportedly lost most of her baby weight after giving birth to North West by following the new Atkins diet.
Not the "eat all the meat, cheese and butter you want" Atkins diet of yesteryear, this new version of Atkins focuses on low-carb, clean eating -- think three lean-protein-packed meals a day with plenty of fruits and veggies, plus two snacks like nuts or low-glycemic fruit. Oh, and plenty of water.
A year after giving birth, she took to Twitter to express her frustrations that she couldn't lose those last 15-20 pounds -- that's when she amped things up and cut further back on the carbs, and ramped up her workouts.
She also told Harper's Bazaar that she usually works out around 6 a.m. in the morning for an hour and a half, starting with a run and finishing with abs or legs exercises.
If you take a look through photos of the gorgeous Blake Lively while she was sporting her baby bump, you'll see that she took care to remain active throughout her pregnancy. She reportedly took pre-natal yoga classes, and, after giving birth, made sure to go on plenty of walks. She also told You magazine that she hates the gym, and would rather focus on gentler workouts like hiking or bike riding.

How Jessica Biel Got Her Pre-Baby Body Back
Let's be honest: Jessica Biel is known for her svelte physique, so it's no surprise that she got her pre-baby body back within two months. She stuck with her Paleo diet (which eliminates grains and dairy, and focuses on whole foods like veggies, meat, some nuts and a little fruit) through her pregnancy, and kept it going after giving birth.
She also returned to her regular exercise routine of running and strength training, and reportedly cooks most of her and husband Justin Timberlake's food at home.
Carrie Underwood made her first red carpet appearance post-baby at the CMT awards back in June, and she looked stunning in a long-sleeved mini dress. While she was pregnant, she followed a vegetarian diet and made sure to stay active.
Since the country superstar had a C-section, she wasn't able to hit the gym for a few weeks after welcoming baby Isaiah, so she altered her diet and focused on vegan, plant-based foods instead.
