Howard Murad, M.D., founder of Murad, believes in what he calls an "inclusive health approach." "People look at anti-aging and limit it to appearance of skin on the face, but in reality the relationship with everything else [your internal health, stress level, etc.] is connected," he says. "As much as possible I try to eat a plant based diet. I still eat hamburgers and steak, but I try to limit it. And I wear sunscreen and exercise. It's not one thing, it's a lot of things," he says in regards to what his secret to anti-aging is.
"I'm wearing far less makeup and avoid powders these days -- they make me look older now when I wear them," says Kunin, who is 50 years old. "I use sunscreen, the Dermadoctor KP Moisturizer, $36 on my face [it's technically a body product], NARS blush in Orgasm, $24, do a little lips and eyes and leave it at that," she says.

Rodan sleeps on a Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow, $79.95 to make sleeping on her back easier. Why? "Your face is getting smooshed into the pillow [if you don't sleep on your back] and that deepens natural lines of expressions and creates new ones," she says.
