Holy sculpting! Why did Lil' Kim think she needed to completely re-carve her nose and cheeks? She looks a bit too plastic-y for our taste now, which is a shame since her before look was more naturally beautiful (though still slightly tweaked).

The Best: Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen's possible face and eyelift are great -- enough to make her face look refreshed but still subtle enough that she doesn't look like she's had work done.

The Worst: Lisa Rinna
Rinna went from a pretty and plump smile to an almost painful-looking pucker. She's probably had multiple procedures, and the result is an unnaturally smooth, frozen looking face.

The Best: Ashlee Simpson-Wentz
While there was nothing wrong with her old nose, there's also nothing wrong with Simpson's new nose either. If the small change makes her feel more confident, then we'll hop on board with it too.

The Worst: Joan Rivers
Rivers is proof that there is such a thing as too much plastic surgery. She crossed that line a long time ago and hasn't looked back since. We could spend hours cataloguing all the work she's had done, but who has the time?
It's hard to find a completely natural face and body on the red carpet these days, it seems practically everyone in Hollywood has "had a little work done" -- with varying degrees of success. Check out these celebrities with (rumored) plastic surgery. Some look gorgeous, and you'd be hard pressed to tell they went under the knife, and others, well you'll just have to see for yourself.
