Cleavage contouring
No amount of makeup will turn your AAs into Ds, but with a deft hand and the right tools you can give your cleavage the appearance of more depth and roundness. First, pick a bronzer with shimmer, says Chicago-based makeup artist Zsofia Otvos. "It reflects light and creates the illusion that shapes are bigger and have depth," Otvos says. (We recommend giving Nyx Matte Bronzer, $8.99 a try). Start with a dry surface — body lotion or moisturizer will darken the powder and make it stick, Otvos says. Tap the brush to shake off excess bronzer, and look in a mirror (not down at your chest) as you apply it. Use a fan brush (such as the It Brushes for Ulta Airbrush Radiance Fan Brush, $18) to sweep bronzer along the "v" shape between your breasts, starting at the bottom of the "v," and working up. "The darkest spot should be at the point of the 'v,'" Otvos says. To create the low light, use a matte face powder (try Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, $3.17) that's a shade darker than your skin. Apply it to the outside edge of the "v" at the curve around the breast with a fan brush. Voila! Brush-on boobage.

The Breast Workout
Yes, you can build up your breasts the old fashioned way — with exercise. Michael George, fitness expert and author of "Body Express Makeover: Trim and Sculpt Your Body in Less than Six Weeks," recommends three exercises (two sets, 15 reps, three times per week) for your twins. "These moves work the upper pectoral muscles to keep the boobs lifted, hit the inner chest for cleavage effect and strengthen and tone to help keep the shape and structure of the boob area," George says.

Exercise 1: Pushups

Exercise 2: Incline dumbbell chest presses
Lie flat on an incline bench with your feet on the floor. With your arms at a 90-degree angle to your body, hold the weights at shoulder level, parallel to the floor. Press the weights above your head until the sides of the weights touch. Lower the weight to the sides of the upper chest until you feel a slight stretch in your chest or shoulders.

Exercise 3: Pec decks or dumbbell flyes
The pec deck is a machine you'll find at any gym. Holding your arms at 90-degree angles, slowly press your forearms together then slowly return to starting position. No gym membership? You can do dumbbell flyes instead. Lie on a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Stretch your arms up toward the ceiling with elbows bent slightly. Open your arms out to each side (maintaining the elbow bend) and bring them back together, repeat.
