Have you heard of the vampire breast lift? The general gist of the matter is, you get your own blood injected into your breasts (similar to the Kardashian-popularized vampire facial). It may sound crazy, but here's how it works: The platelet-rich plasma (AKA PRP) in your blood helps to stimulate collagen production as well as new cell growth — plus, it's often mixed with hyaluronic acid fillers, which add a little extra volume. There's not a whole lot of research behind the technique yet, but for what it's worth, we've tried it and were pleasantly surprised with the results.

It takes one to two weeks of downtime to recover (including no driving).
