Cellulite Massage (average spa cost: $115 per session)
Get the same effects of a stimulating cellulite massage with the Wellbox Lipo Massage Machine, $1,722. Not only does it help with cellulite but it also firms skin and reduces wrinkles (you can even use it on your face). Since you'd need to have multiple treatments in a spa to actually see any results, with this machine you can buy it once and use it indefinitely, making it a better bargain.
