Cleopatra Milk Bath
Cleopatra, the queen of the Nile, is probably one of the most famous "home beauty" fans. One of her greatest beauty secrets was long relaxing milk baths. Here is a modern day twist on her ancient recipe using common household ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried mint
Peel of 1 orange
2 cups boiling water
1 9 ounce box of dried milk

Directions:
Pour the boiling water over the rosemary, mint and orange peel and allow it to steep until cool -- strain the liquid and mix in the dried milk. To use, pour the herbal milk solution into your bath under the running water. Soak in the tub. Rinse the milk off of your skin and follow up with a light natural oil such as almond or sesame oil.

Honey Hair Pack
Honey does great things for your hair. It is a natural humectant, which means it attracts and holds in moisture. It's good for treating hair that has been damaged by the sun, wind or styling. And it will add body and bounce to your strands. It may seem a bit sticky but honey rinses out of your hair very easily.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pure honey

Directions:
Massage the honey into your hair and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. You may cover your head with a plastic shower cap or warm towel. Rinse your hair well with warm water.
