"I've been a tomboy my whole life," says Melanie, a marketing account executive aiming to move up the ranks. "I read a lot of beauty blogs but I don't understand what they're talking about half the time."

Want a style that easily looks put-together? Getting the right haircut is half the battle. Melanie's biggest peeve is her flat hair. The solution: a soft, weightless bob that "falls where it's supposed to be" and doesn't need a lot of styling.

To get this look, Luke says to shampoo hair with Suave Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. Then on towel-dried hair, apply Suave Volumizing Foam Mousse from roots to ends and comb thru.
