Desigual's collection this season featured wild colors and tropical prints, which were beautiful to look at, but not exactly practical for everyday. A Flash of Fur
We found fur embellishments in a myriad of shoe collections this season, from designers like Christian Siriano, BCBG and Derek Lam. But we took a particular liking to these spicy blue stilettos by Monique Lhuillier. Both playful and boudoir-inspired, these would be perfect to wear on a (third) date.

Garden Whimsy
Delpozo's collection this season was fairy tale-esque from tip to toe, thanks to cartoonish silhouettes and Crayola color schemes. We instantly fell in love with these floral embellished ankle-strap heels, which strike us as a tongue-in-cheek take on the Wizard of Oz.

Little Black Slingback
One of the most wearable pairs of evening shoes we saw at NYFW was this dainty set of slingbacks by Kate Spade NY. Business in the front, but party in the back, the design features a simple black color scheme with a silver metallic heel, giving these covetable shoes a trendy, unexpected touch.

Trending Futuristic
Speaking of silver and metallic, Nicole Miller went all out this season with this pair of textured, pointy-toe pumps. Her collection was riddled with ripped tights matched with futuristic cutout heels, which created a fierce, almost post-apocalyptic aesthetic that we are loving.
