Some days, you just don't have time to haul yourself across town for a 90-minute yoga class. On those days, it's nice to go through some of the stretches and poses on your own time. Ten minutes of yoga is more than enough to help you stay grounded and to keep your body feeling aligned and relaxed. Go through a few sun salutations and warrior series, or find a quick video online.
