Can we call this Elsie Fisher's official audition to star in the next Wes Anderson film? Seriously, though: Her bejeweled barrette, graphic liner and major lashes (a mix of Lashify Dramatic "B" Gossamers in 10mm and 12mm, $20 each) are the epitome of retro-mod chic.

Looks like it's back to brunette for the Mother of Dragons. Emilia Clarke styled her newly-mahogany mane into a sleek bob, which was set off nicely with a classic pink lip (and matching cheeks). Want to steal that lip shade? According to makeup artist Jillian Dempsey, it's the Dolce & Gabbana Dolcissimo Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Pink 5, $40.42.

Constance Wu's playful ponytail and retro red lips (Pat McGrath Labs Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil in Major Red, $25, expertly layered with the brand's MatteTrance Lipstick in Vendetta, $38) helped set off her gorgeous buttercup yellow dress to perfection.

Lucy Boynton has quickly emerged as a red carpet star to watch, what with her propensity for dramatic hair and makeup looks. For the Oscars, she wore classic Grace Kelly-esque waves and paired mauve shadow with some of the longest lashes we've ever seen. Makeup artist Jo Baker created that eye look using a mix of Chantecaille shades, including the Philanthropy Cheek Shade in Bliss, $40, (as she put it, "Pink eyeshadows can read very heavy, but blush is a perfect way to play around with pinks on the eyes").
