Scroll through your Instagram's "discover" feed and you're bound to thumb past numerous photos of adorable animals doing adorable things, countless makeup reviews, celebrities sharing bits of their world, and lots of millennial-aged Instagram stars. What you're less apt to see are the women who are two, or even three, times their age who are also teaching the world a thing or two about living a full and beautiful life.
