Jewelry designer Dana Lorenz got her own runway show for the first time this year and it was a jaw-dropper featuring the designer's Fallon collection of signature biker-meets-banker accessories. Think: expensive-looking, chunky necklaces, cuffs, earrings and more in bold mediums like thick chainlink, anything-but-prim pearls, spikes, Swarovski rhinestones and studs. Piling up the over-the-top necklaces and big hoop earrings on is certainly a look -- and a surprisingly affordable one. All together, it's got a sophisticated I-will-cut-you-vibe. Which, you know, could work in the everyday if you work on Wall St., but we'd also settle for the spiky strand.

Wicker -- the textile of choice for picnic baskets, patio furniture, and Refinery29's Annie Georgia Greenberg's vintage bag (carried to the Rodarte show yesterday). Love the shiny black, baguette shape, and gold details. Best of all? It's ... giant. In Greenberg's own words, "it's big enough to hide a pair of flip-flops (and a phone charger, peanut M&M's and a ton of receipts!)."

The 70s bohemian floppy hat got a modern makeover for Carolina Herrera's Spring/Summer 2014 show last night. The collection, inspired by kinetic art, is all about movement and how the motion of patterns, prints and fabrics affect the eye. To wit, the sunburst overlay in stripes on this floppy hat, which flounced down the runway with a striped, delicately veiled bikini, definitely caught our attention.

The gladiator sandal might just be making a comeback (again). After hitting the runway at Balenciaga five years ago, we noticed a few on the runway for Spring 2013 (Acne, Altuzarra) and now these numbers for Spring/Summer 2014. The white knee-length gladiator sandal nearly stole the spotlight at the Tracy Reese show last night, along with a range of other styles from colorful and heeled to racy black thigh-highs.

Let's all just take a moment to appreciate this crazy-amazing geometric hardware from the Titania Inglis presentation last night. Inglis, who is known for her bold, geometric and sharply angled designs, paired this bracelet and knuckle ring duo with a softer look this time around. It's the definition of a statement piece -- bold and wearable modern art.

Inglis' inspiration for this season's collection stems from the works of Olafur Eliasson and Buckminster Fuller -- both notable artists and architects known for their sculptures and large-scale geometric designs. Collaborating with jewelry designer WXYZ brought the collection to life, with accessories that complemented the structural elements placed strategically at the start of the runway. WXYZ translated the look into whimsical headgear, cage-like neckpieces and full on garment overlays.

Inglis collection of soft, plain palettes in white, cream, and yellow offset the hard edge of the accessories. If you're in to the hardware as much as we are, stay away from bold prints and other loud patterns that compete.
