Do This: Place fingers behind your ears and travel down and inward until you find the indention at the top of your jaw. Use your middle and index fingers to firmly press on these two pressure points on both sides of your neck. Close your eyes and slowly tilt your head back until the pain starts to subside.
Do This: Measure about 2-3 inches up from your inner ankle bone, and firmly press on the inside of your leg, just behind the tibia. Repeat on the opposite leg. This move should be avoided altogether if you're in the final stages of pregnancy -- too much pressure on this point can possibly induce labor.
Do This: Place your fingers just below the bottom of your rib cage and move them slightly inward so that they would be in line with your eyes. Slightly curl all 10 fingers, then firmly press down and in (not up and under) as you breathe deeply.
Do This: If your headache is concentrated on the sides of your head, apply pressure to your foot, just between your pinky and fourth toes. If your headache is more concentrated around the front of your head, use your right thumb and index finger to put pressure on the center of the webbed "V" area where your thumb meets your index finger. Repeat on the other hand.
Do This: Use both hands to press firmly on the bottom of your cheekbones in the area directly in line with your pupils. If you don't have a mirror or screen handy at your desk, try pressing firmly on the outer side of your upper arm, just below the shoulder.
