Cucumbers are not only for your puffy eyes — they make delicious smoothies as well! With cucumber as its main ingredient, this smoothie recipe from Women's Health is fiber-rich and loaded with potassium. Add in some cantaloupe for a boost of vitamin A and C (which will encourage cell turnover and production of collagen), and you've got yourself a refreshing summer treat.
Blend together:
· A medium cucumber peeled and chopped
· 1/2 c chopped cantaloupe
· 1/2 c chopped papaya
· A small lemon
· Ice cubes

Berries are a smoothie staple for a reason: They taste great and they're super rich in antioxidants. This smoothie recipe by Elena from as Easy as Apple Pie contains all the berries we love: strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. A dollop of Greek yogurt adds in a decadent, creamy texture, while honey adds in a little extra sweetness (and when no one's looking, you can sneak a tiny bit of kale in there too).
Blend together:
· 1/4 c kale
· 1/4 c strawberries
· 1/2 c blueberries
· 1/2 c raspberries
· Greek yogurt
