"A couple years ago, I partnered with SK-II and fell in love with their Facial Treatment Essence, $99. This stuff is so amazing and worth every penny! I sprinkle a little bit onto my hands and press it evenly all over my face and neck.

Growing up, my sisters and I would use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, $9.59, to clean our faces every night. It's so simple and affordable (you can find it at your local grocery store), is a super effective way to clean the skin. It is still my go-to cleanser to this day.

After my cleanser, comes the primer. My latest find (and favorite primer as of late) is the Marc Jacobs Under(Cover) Perfecting Coconut Face Primer, $44. It helps my makeup stay smooth and in place all day long, and it smells amazing.

If you're a long-time follower of my blog, then you know I'm a lipstick fanatic and always like to match my lip shade to whatever outfit I'm wearing. Lately, I've been so obsessed with all things blush. So when I discovered Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick, $34, in Kim K.W. and the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner, $22, in Iconic Nude a couple months ago, I fell in love. They're the prettiest, softest nude colors that can be worn year round, and I've been wearing them a ton lately.

Something I've always wanted is long, healthy hair. Now that mine is grown out, I want to keep it growing and healthy. I've used a variety of products over the years, but I especially love the Elixir Ultime Original Hair Oil, $58. It is one of my all-time favorites that I use every time I style my hair, because it keeps my hair shiny and frizz-free, while also protecting it from the heat of my blow dryer and hair tools. Another Kerastase must-have is the Elixir Ultime Bi-Phase Spray Oil, $58. I apply it once, and I'm done styling my hair. It's the perfect final touch to nourish and protect my hair.

It may sound weird, but I swear by the nipple cream Lansinoh HPA Lanolin, $5.99, and literally cannot live without it. I put it on my lips after I wash my face at night and every day before I put on lipstick. It acts as the perfect gloss and is seriously the best hydrator. It's my favorite beauty secret, for sure!

Whenever I'm headed to the pool or I'm on a summer vacation with my family, I apply La Mer Soleil de La Mer - The Reparative Face Sun Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 30 $135, to my face and neck. It acts as a sun protector while keeping my skin hydrated and rejuvenated. I also love that it has anti-aging benefits to help repair and prevent wrinkles."

After working in the cosmetics industry for nearly half her life with high-end skin care brands and becoming the executive director at Retrouve, Cathleen Klemm knows a thing or two about radiant-looking skin. "There are so many reasons why I am passionate about this product, but I can sum them up in two words: It works. I use the Retrouve Intensive Replenishing Facial Moisturizer, $445, twice a day. The formulation is power-packed with anti-aging ingredients and refortifies the skin's natural hydrating layer, leaving my skin revitalized and radiant. Thanks to Intensive Replenishing Facial Moisturizer, I no longer feel inclined to wear foundation because my skin glows all on its own. This is my desert-island product for sure.

Because of the Intensive Replenishing Facial moisturizer, I haven't worn foundation in years, but if I have a special event to go to and want to look very polished, I reach for Natura Bisse The Cure Sheer Cream, $190. It covers all the bases with its sheer color-adapt pigments (to even out the skin tone), anti-aging ingredients and SPF 20.

They say that good things come in small packages, and Kevyn Aucoin The Sensual Skin Enhancer, $48, is a real dynamo. I like to use the concealer to lighten the circles under my eyes when I've been burning the candle at both ends, but I have friends who swear by this product as an all-over foundation or to contour the skin. Because this product is quite dense, I find that a little goes a long way. I like to mix it with Retrouve's Revitalizing Eye Concentrate, $415, to sheer it out a bit before I apply it to my skin. I learned this trick from the terrific makeup artists at the Kevyn Aucoin counter at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City.

While I tend to avoid sun exposure like the plague, I do appreciate the appearance of sun-kissed skin, which Tom Ford's Shimmering Body Oil, $98, delivers in spades! This lightweight oil hydrates the skin and blankets it in the thinnest veil of golden sparkle. Oh, and did I mention it smells like heaven, too? After applying it to my body, I always make sure to run some of this gorgeous oil through my hair to help tame frizzies or fly-aways and to give my mane a soft halo-like effect.

Eons ago, I worked for Prescriptives, and they made the first red lipstick I ever loved -- a metallic scarlet -- that I pined over for years after they discontinued it. I was forever on the hunt for the elusive metallic red that made my heart sing, and then one day I discovered Lipstick Queen The Metals Lipstick, $24, in Red Metal. I adore it. (Note to the folks at Lipstick Queen, please do not discontinue.) It is so easy to wear, and I use it as both lip color and blush, blending it onto the apples of my cheeks with my fingers. As I get older, I tend to avoid heavy mattes and gravitate instead to more light-reflective pigments."

Needless to say, she knows a thing or two about the makeup biz. So, when she's not testing new products for her YouTube channel, what are her go-to staples? We found out.

"For the days my skin is more oily, micellar waters are my favorite for zapping excess grease. I especially love using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Oily Skin, $8.99, when I wake up in the morning or when I don't feel like using a rinse-off cleanser.

That being said, my skin has actually been a bit dry lately, so SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, $179, is a must-have in my skin-care routine. I love it because it helps with the tone and texture of my skin, while giving it a surge of moisture. It also helps prep my face for the rest of my skin-care routine and makeup application.

I use a lot of texturizing sprays, so Bumble and Bumble Sunday Shampoo, $25, is a once-a-week must for me. The clarifying shampoo gets rid of the product buildup in my hair and leaves my strands nice and clean.

Another must-have? Jo Malone Body Cream in Peony + Blush Suede, $75. This is my signature perfume scent. I've been wearing it for so long, and putting on the body cream is my favorite way to start my day and hydrate my skin.

As for makeup, BareMinerals Original Foundation, $28.50, is my go-to right now. I love how light and creamy it feels and that the coverage is buildable. Depending on what I want that day, I can make the foundation full coverage or keep it light when my skin is cooperating. But really, I love it because it makes me feel like myself.

To go with my foundation, I really like to use Soap & Glory Kick Ass Just Bright Concealer, $10, before my regular under-eye concealer to act as a brightening base. The light purple color corrects in a way that makes your eyes look really bright and awake.

To lock my eye shadow in place, I rely on Nars Eyeshadow Primer, $26, which I've been using for years. I have really oily eyelids, so this product is a lifesaver for keeping my shadow in place.

This product is a little newer to me, but I love the Marc Jacobs Le Marc Liquid Lip Creme, $28. I'm a fan of the liquid lip look and these give me just the right amount of color and hydration.

As for my mascara, I have a lash-lifting trick. I combine CoverGirl Plumpify BlastPro by LashBlast Waterproof Mascara, $10.49, with CoverGirl So Lashy Waterproof Mascara, $10.49, and my lashes hold a lovely curl every time.

I swear by it, as it brightens eyes and makes me look much more awake in the mornings. If I'm not dabbing on this eye treatment, I like to use the Bee Yummy Eye and Lip Cream, $24. I tend to get really dry under my eyes anyways, so this product is great for softening and rehydrating that delicate skin area.

Every girl needs a good moisturizer and my go-to is the Goop Revitalizing Day Moisturizer, $100. I have naturally very oily skin and this moisturizer doesn't grease me up more. Instead, it hydrates my skin without making me look shiny. I also don't neglect hydrating the rest of my body either. My go-to body moisturizer? Kai Body Butter, $52. This is the best product (in my opinion), for moisturizing your body. Plus, the smell is great! If I'm not using this, I love putting on the Heritage Store Lavender Aura Glow, $10.29, right before I get into the bathtub or sauna. The oil seeps into my skin for deep moisturizing benefits and leaves it feeling smooth and soft.

As for my nails, I love keeping it neutral. RMS Nail Polish, $15, is one of my favorites because I love their gorgeous nude nail polish and the product is totally natural. Plus, it doesn't smell bad like other natural nail polishes I've tried. Definitely a win for me."

It is my favorite because I hate having an oily face, which most sunscreens cause. Being a mineral powder, this doesn't leave me feeling slick. When I get back from the beach, I like to apply the Caudalie Moisturizing Sorbet Cream Sensitive Skin Savior, $39, to my face to restore my skin's moisture after being in the drying sun all day.

As for hair, I have about a million hair products and have tons of favorites, but I currently love Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector, $28. It's a treatment you put on wet hair in the shower before you shampoo and condition. I notice a huge difference in my hair health after I use this! I also love to use my Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture Conditioner, $32, to keep my hair hydrated, and recently got Malin+Goetz Intensive Hair Conditioner, $26, for the same purpose.

For my hair styling products, I adore Kerastase. I especially love Kerastase Forme Fatale, $20.50, for extra texture and volume. Kenra Platinum Snail CC Creme, $25, is another staple too. It helps to keep my hair shiny and healthy."
