YouTube star Madelynn De La Rosa is known for makeup tutorials, DIY hacks and her vegan lifestyle. So what does a cruelty-conscious beauty junkie use to get a natural-looking glow every day?

Must-Haves:
"I'm a huge advocate of less is more, so I prefer to wear a tinted moisturizer most of the time. The Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics OCC Tint: Tinted Moisturizer is probably my favorite. It provides just the right amount of coverage to even out my skin tone, yet still lets my freckles show through. It has more of a dewy finish, too, which I prefer over a matte look.
To enhance my dewy complexion, I pair my tinted moisturizer with the Vintage by Jessica Liebeskind Illuminating Face Highlighter. I use this as a blush and highlighter, since it has a pink hue to it, and dust it over my cheeks, nose and Cupid's bow for a gorgeous, natural glow (plus, I can't get over how beautiful the product is). It's hard to find a good cruelty-free mascara that doesn't smudge throughout the day or have beeswax in it. However, Ciaté London Wonderwand Intensely Volumising Mascara has a vegan formula and is by far my favorite mascara as of late. It defines my lashes, gives them a bit of volume and lasts all day. It's also one of the easier mascaras to take off at the end of the day because the fibers gently flake off.
Another cruelty-free product I love (which also has a vegan formula) is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade. It keeps my brows in place and fills them in for a natural look. It's also smudge-free and waterproof, so it lasts all day.
Another one of my makeup favorites? The Pür Cosmetics Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick. This lipstick glides on smooth and has a matte finish that isn't over-drying on my lips, and the colors are rich and gorgeous too. I usually wear a terracotta rose shade and I always get compliments on it.
To frame my done-up face, I like to enhance my curls. Lately, I've been using Madam C.J. Walker Beauty Culture Jamaican Black Castor & Murumuru Oils Defining Butter Crème. First off, it smells delicious, but more importantly it keeps my curls defined and frizz-free all day. I put this in my hair while it's still damp and use a wide-tooth comb to help distribute the product. You can also use this on dry hair if you feel your curls are losing their shape or are getting frizzy throughout the day."

Global Artistic Director for E.L.F. Cosmetics (and one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet) Achelle Dunway is pretty much the queen of all things beauty. Having worked for E.L.F. Cosmetics for 11 years designing and formulating thousands of new products, she knows a thing or two about the beauty biz. So what all-star products did she turn to on her wedding day?
Achelle Dunway, Global Artistic Director for E.L.F. Cosmetics
Must-Haves:
"To start, the E.L.F. Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palette is an absolute must for a wedding. The mixture of matte and shimmer textures, and the beautiful palette of soft rose colors are ideal for any bride or bridesmaid.
Scent is also one of our strongest memory senses, so having a great fragrance to remind you of a special occasion makes the memory linger. I love the smell of the long-lasting Elizabeth and James Nirvana Perfume Oil in Black, so I dabbed some of this on, on my special day.
While the heavenly-scented perfume oil gave me a sweet aroma, I needed something to keep me fresh. Finding an effective organic deodorant can be difficult, but I love the Nourish Organic Fresh & Natural Deodorant Stick because it has an amazing scent and actually works.
I always seem to chip my nails, so I opt for a near-nude color to disguise my "curse" better. My favorite is SpaRitual Nail Lacquer in Idyllic, because it's long-lasting and leaves a beautiful, light nude pink sheen.
While a chipped nail on your wedding day would be dreadful, the last thing you want is a wardrobe malfunction. So, Hollywood Fashion Tape is my go-to for peace of mind.
Making my hair last a few ways without showering can be tricky, but I love how Blow Pro Faux Dry Dry Shampoo revives my hair and absorbs excess oil to let me skip a day. I also love supervolumized hair, and am obsessed with the magic bottle from Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Volumizing & Texturizing Powder. It instantly gives strand a lift and keeps hair in place, which is the key to a perfect wedding 'do.
Speaking of wedding hairstyles, it's always a challenge to find blonde bobby pins and keep them organized -- especially in the hustle and bustle of your big day. To keep track of them, I love the cute case that comes with the bobby pins from Bando. Plus, it's conveniently superportable."

With over 1.7 million followers on YouTube (and 1.3 million on Instagram), it's safe to say beauty and fashion vlogger, Jenn Im, is a major influencer in the beauty world. What's her most enviable feature? Many would argue it's Im's glowing and clear complexion. So what's her secret to a swoon-worthy glow?
Jenn Im, Fashion & Beauty Vlogger and Simple Advisory Board Social Beauty Insider
Must-Haves:
"I love to use Simple Hydrating Cleansing Oil to remove my face makeup each night. I apply a dime size on the palm of my hand, rub the product over my dry face, and then rinse with warm water. It does a great job removing all of my makeup, while keeping my skin hydrated.
I started using SK-II Facial Treatment Essence two years ago when I started to get more serious with my skin care routine. You use it after your toner, and before your serums and creams. It provides my skin with all the extra nutrients and vitamins it needs, and it gives me a healthy glow.
When it comes to my night creams, I bounce around quite a bit because I'm always looking for the best on the market. I'm currently using antioxidant-rich Jurlique Herbal Recovery Night Cream, and I have to say it's been a very solid night cream for me so far. It hydrates my skin so I look refreshed in the morning, and it doesn't break me out -- making me a very happy girl.
The eye area is very delicate, so an eye cream is an absolute must for me. I love to use the ultra-hydrating Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. It's a creamy formula that absorbs nicely, and leaves my eyes looking bright, and my undereye skin vibrant and smooth."

Running a blow-dry bar empire is not for the weak-hearted (or brittle-stranded). With over 70 locations all over the world, Vanessa Yakobson, CEO of Blo, knows a thing or two about dedication -- especially when it comes to making your blowout last. So what does she do to keep her second- or third-day mane looking like she just left the salon? Find out here.
Vanessa Yakobson, CEO and partner of Blo
Must-Haves:
"I look for ways to extend my blowout and keep my hair looking its best in between visits. To start, I will not shower without my Dry Divas Shower Cap - there is no better product to keep my hair dry and preserve my style through a shower. It's made from laminated cotton and dries quickly, so it's great for travel.
My go-to hair product for extending the life of my blowout is Unite 7 Seconds Refresher Dry Shampoo. It doesn't leave any residue and gives my hair added volume while also absorbing the oils. I have a travel size that I always take with me when I'm on the go. Plus, I love that their products smell great, and are effective and free from all of the chemicals no one wants.
I always use a satin pillowcase to keep my hair smooth and tangle-free while I sleep. My pick is the Savvy Sleeper -- which also has the added benefit of preventing wrinkles. Who wouldn't want some help with that?
When I absolutely have to wash my own hair (ugh), I wouldn't dream of drying it with a regular towel. Instead, I use Aquis Towels and Turbans, which are designed to reduce frizz-inducing friction and to quickly wick away moisture. It cuts down on drying time and is a real time-saver.
Color Wow Root Cover Up is amazing. I use this root touch-up in between visits to my colorist. It goes on quickly and easily, and stays in place until the next wash."

Building a beauty empire isn't easy an easy task, but the founder of Lanolips, Kristen Carriol, makes it look easy. As a true boss babe, she's constantly traveling for important business, and looking fabulous all the while. So, what's her secret to a flawless face post-flight? Find out here.

Must-Haves:
"Travelling from Australia, you always have layovers. With layovers, there is always a risk you are going to get stuck somewhere overnight or suitcases are going to get lost when they change planes (this has happened to me many times) -- so, you're stuck at your destination without your packed toiletries bag. When this happens, I rely on these staples I take on the plane. With this lot of goodies, I can look fresh and made up for the next flight, an evening dinner, or that event I'm racing to.
My first must-have is the It Cosmetics Tightline Full Lash Length Mascara Primer. It defines every last single hair but doesn't clump. It gives you a well-groomed, but not too 'made up' look. For an eyeliner, I use the Brow Lash Fix Brown Liquid Liner. This one stays on for hours, won't smudge, and doubles up as a brow filler if you need it. I'll put on a little bit before I land, as it disappears a bit into my lash line and just makes my eyes look more feline, big and awake.
I have a special trick when it comes to my foundation. I used to wear glasses before I had laser eye surgery, and I had all these leftover contact lens cases. Instead of tossing them, I filled one side with my Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and the other with my Lano Everywhere Multi-Cream. Together, I have my foundation and allover cream, and I never have to worry about leakage when airborne.
To keep my lips hydrated from the drying plane ride, I turn to my Holy Grail product: Lano 101 Ointment. I slather this onto my lips every few hours and always arrive at my destination with soft, plump lips.
When I have work meetings all day (and need to look human), I carry around the Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Face Palette -- as it contains a concealer, a contour cream, a highlighter and a blush. This fab little palette pretty much does all the groundwork on my face once it's moisturized, and leaves my face looking contoured and highlighted in all the right places.
For my signature scent, I like to use Le Soft Perfume Umabel. I love the size of this solid stick perfume, as it's so perfect for travelling. The scent is really light and clean, and has floral undertones with hints of musk and peach. It makes me feel fresh, especially on a crowded plane.
Because planes are especially drying (particularly on long flights from Australia), I like to use the Lano Rose Hand Cream Intense to keep my skin plumped up and to stop it from getting dry and itchy. It's rich and naturally scented with light rose oil. When I need some more moisture on my lips, but I also want subtle color, I'll use the Lano Tinted Balm in Perfect Nude. It's a perfect pink-brown nude that makes your lips glow, but not look crazy pink-red. Plus, the lanolin hydrates at the same time. When I'm traveling, this is the one I use before I go out for the day, every day. I will do a stronger eye and leave the lips nude."
